Participant Terms & Disclaimer
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These Participant Terms apply when you join a programme, workshop, event, group session or private session delivered by Tooliers Inc. under the Ozana / Identity Architect brand. By registering or participating, you agree to them.
1. Nature of the work
The work may include Identity Architecture, Identity ReCode processes, guided processes, energy work, personal reflection and other proprietary methods designed for personal development and human evolution.
2. Medical and professional disclaimer
This work is not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment and does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Some participants report changes in their physical wellbeing alongside other changes they experience through the work; individual experiences vary and no medical outcome is claimed or guaranteed. Decisions about medical treatment, medication or professional healthcare should be made with appropriate discernment and, where relevant, in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Participation and personal responsibility
Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, actions and decisions. If at any point you do not want to continue with a particular process, you may say so.
By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Results
No specific result is promised or guaranteed. Testimonials, case studies and examples describe individual experiences and do not mean that you will have the same experience or outcome.
5. Payments and refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by law.
6. Live group sessions and recordings
We aim to record online programmes, workshops, group sessions and events delivered through Zoom or similar platforms. Recordings may be given to participants, placed on our learning platforms, incorporated into future programmes or products, or sold separately.
If your camera is on, you agree that your image may appear in the recording. If you do not want your face recorded, keep your camera off. If you do not want your voice recorded, submit your questions or comments through the chat rather than speaking.
By choosing to appear on camera or speak during a recorded session, you agree that your image and/or voice may form part of that recording and grant Tooliers Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the recording for the purposes described above, subject to applicable law.
If you cannot attend live, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a recording where one is available, but recordings are not guaranteed and missing the live session does not create a right to a refund.
7. Private online sessions
Private sessions delivered online are normally recorded so that you can revisit your work. The recording is stored in a private client folder, currently using Dropbox, and is shared only with you and with us as needed to provide your service.
If you do not want your private session recorded, tell us before or at the beginning of the session and we will not record it. We do not normally record private in-person sessions held at our office.
8. Moving or missing a private session
If you need to move a scheduled session, tell us more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and we will reschedule it.
If you give less than 24 hours notice, or miss the session, we cannot guarantee that it can be rescheduled. Any replacement or rebooking will be at our discretion. A missed session does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Confidentiality in groups
Please respect the privacy of everyone in the room. You may not record, reproduce, publish or share another participant's personal story, comments, image or information outside the programme without their permission. Our recording of a programme does not give participants permission to make or distribute their own recordings.
10. Testimonials and case studies
We will not use your individual private story, private-session content, image or voice as a testimonial or case study without asking for separate permission first.
If you give permission, the agreed material may be used in the ways explained to you at the time. Permission is intended to be final for material already created, published or distributed, but your statutory privacy and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
11. Intellectual property
All frameworks, methodologies, processes, recordings and materials provided by us remain our intellectual property or that of the relevant rights owner. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, taught, distributed, sold, adapted or used commercially without our written permission.
