Privacy & Cookies Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Tooliers Inc. respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we may share it with, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Who is responsible for your data
The organisation responsible for your personal data is Tooliers Inc., registered at c/o Vcorp Services, LLC, 108 W. 13th Street, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19801, New Castle County, United States.
Privacy enquiries: hello @ ozana.pro

2. Information we may collect

  • your name, email address, phone number and other contact details;
  • information you provide when you register for, purchase or participate in a programme, event or service;
  • billing and transaction information (payment-card details are normally handled by our payment providers rather than stored by us);
  • messages, enquiries and communications between you and us;
  • information you choose to share during private or group work, including personal life experiences and, where relevant, wellbeing information;
  • session recordings where sessions are recorded;
  • your marketing preferences; and
  • technical information about use of our website, such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited and cookie information.

3. How we use your information

  • to provide programmes, sessions, events, products and other services you request;
  • to process purchases and administer payment plans;
  • to communicate with you about bookings, purchases and participation;
  • to answer enquiries and provide support;
  • to create and securely store session recordings where applicable;
  • to operate, protect and improve our website and services;
  • to keep appropriate business, accounting and legal records; and
  • to send marketing emails about our work, content and events where we have a lawful basis to do so.

4. Our legal reasons for using information
Depending on the situation, we use personal information because it is necessary to provide something you have requested or purchased, because you have given consent, because we have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving our services, or because we have a legal obligation.
If you choose to share sensitive personal information during our work, including information about health or wellbeing, we will use it only as necessary to provide the service and manage your participation, unless you separately agree to another use. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

5. Email marketing
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential messages about something you have purchased, booked or registered for.

6. Recordings
We aim to record online group programmes, workshops, group sessions and events. These recordings may be provided to participants, placed on our learning platforms, incorporated into future products or programmes, or sold separately. If you do not want your face recorded, keep your camera off. If you do not want your voice recorded, use chat rather than speaking during a recorded session.
Private online sessions are normally recorded for the client and stored in a private client folder, currently using Dropbox. These recordings are not shared with other clients or made public. If you do not want a private session recorded, tell us before or at the start of the session.
We do not normally record private in-person sessions held at our office.

7. Testimonials and case studies
We will ask before using your identifiable private story, image, voice or private-session material as an individual testimonial or case study. If permission is given, we will use the material for the purposes explained when permission is requested. Your statutory privacy and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

8. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share information with trusted providers that help us run the business, such as payment processors, website and course-platform providers, email and communication services, Zoom or similar meeting platforms, scheduling tools, analytics providers, Dropbox or other secure file-storage providers, and professional advisers. They should receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a genuine business reorganisation or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. International transfers
Because we are a US company and use service providers in different countries, personal data may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where data-protection law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide services, maintain appropriate business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Session recordings may be kept for as long as they remain useful to the client or form part of an ongoing programme or product, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement with you.

11. Security
We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No online or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to make the website work, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site, measure performance and, where you consent, support marketing.
Non-essential cookies should only be used in accordance with your choices in our cookie banner or settings. You can change your cookie choices through the website where that option is available, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings.

13. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain uses, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
To exercise a privacy right, contact us at hello @ ozana.pro. If UK data-protection law applies, you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

14. Children
Our paid programmes and private services are intended for adults aged 18 or over unless we expressly state otherwise and make appropriate arrangements.

15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on our website.
