Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These Terms apply to your use of ozana.pro and to purchases from Tooliers Inc., including programmes, events, workshops, private sessions, digital content and other services offered under the Ozana / Identity Architect brand.
By using the website, registering for an offering or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any rights that the law says cannot be excluded.
1. What we provide
We provide educational, transformational and personal and professional development services. Our work may include Identity Architecture, Identity ReCode processes, guided processes, energy work and other proprietary methods designed for personal development and human evolution.
2. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, wellbeing and results. We may provide ideas, perspectives, tools, processes and experiences, but you decide whether and how to use them.
3. Results and testimonials
We do not promise or guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, health or other result. Testimonials, case studies and examples describe individual experiences. Your experience may be different.
4. Medical and professional disclaimer
This work is not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment and does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Some participants report changes in their physical wellbeing alongside other changes they experience through the work; individual experiences vary and no medical outcome is claimed or guaranteed. Decisions about medical treatment, medication or professional healthcare should be made with appropriate discernment and, where relevant, in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at the point of purchase. You agree to pay the price and any payment schedule that applies to the offering you choose.
If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all agreed payments unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires otherwise. We may pause access to sessions, programmes or materials while an overdue payment remains unpaid.
6. Refunds and cancellations
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by law.
If you are legally entitled to a cooling-off or cancellation right, that right still applies. Where permitted by law, if you ask us to begin delivering a service or digital content during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge any effect this has on your cancellation rights.
If you cannot attend a live group programme, workshop or event, we will make reasonable efforts to give you access to a recording where one is available. Recordings cannot be guaranteed, and inability to attend live does not by itself create a right to a refund.
7. Private sessions: moving or missing a session
If you need to move a scheduled private session, please tell us more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Where more than 24 hours notice is given, we will reschedule the session.
If you give less than 24 hours notice, or miss the session, we cannot guarantee that it can be rescheduled. Any replacement or rebooking will be at our discretion. A missed session does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Changes to programmes or events
Sometimes we may need to change a date, time, facilitator, delivery method, content or other practical detail. If we make a significant change to something you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an appropriate alternative.
9. Recordings of group programmes and events
We aim to record online programmes, workshops, group sessions and events delivered through Zoom or similar platforms. Recordings may be provided to participants, placed on our learning platforms, included in future programmes or products, or sold separately.
If your camera is on during a recorded session, you agree that your image may appear in the recording. If you do not want your face recorded, keep your camera off. If you do not want your voice recorded, submit questions or comments through the chat rather than speaking.
By choosing to appear on camera or speak after you have been informed that a session is being recorded, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to include that contribution as part of the recording and to use the recording for the purposes described above, subject to your rights under applicable law.
We do not normally record in-person private sessions held at our office.
10. Access to Recordings
When you purchase a recording of a programme, workshop, event, session or other content, access is provided for 30 days from the date access is made available to you, unless a different access period is specifically stated at the time of purchase.
It is your responsibility to view the recording within the access period. Once the access period has ended, we are not required to extend or restore access.
11. Private-session recordings
We normally record private sessions delivered online so that you can revisit your work. The recording is stored in a private client folder, currently using Dropbox, and is shared only with you and with us as needed to provide your service.
If you do not want a private session recorded, tell us before or at the beginning of the session and we will not record it.
12. Testimonials and case studies
We will not publish your private story, private-session content, image, voice or other identifiable material as an individual testimonial or case study without asking you first.
If you give permission, the agreed material may be used on our website, social media, presentations, programmes, advertising and other promotional or educational materials. Permission is intended to be final for materials already created, published or distributed. You cannot require us to recall or withdraw copies already lawfully produced or distributed, except where the law requires otherwise. Any statutory data-protection rights you have remain unaffected.
13. Intellectual property
All frameworks, methodologies, processes, concepts, training materials, recordings, written materials, graphics, course content, names and other intellectual property that we provide remain ours or the property of the relevant rights owner.
Purchasing or participating gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own personal development only. Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, record, teach, distribute, publish, sell, license, adapt, share or commercially use our materials or methodologies, or use them to create your own programme, methodology, training, certification or commercial service.
14. Group privacy and behaviour
Group programmes involve interaction with other participants. Please respect their privacy. You may not record, reproduce, publish or share another participant's personal story, comments, image or information outside the programme without their permission.
We may remove someone from a programme, event or community if their behaviour is abusive, unlawful, seriously disruptive or materially affects the privacy, safety or experience of others. Subject to applicable law, removal for serious misconduct does not create a right to a refund.
15. Third-party services and links
We use third-party services for functions such as payments, email, video calls, scheduling, website hosting and file storage. We are not responsible for interruptions, failures or content of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
16. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and current, but we cannot promise that every page will always be complete, current or error-free. We may update our website, offerings and prices from time to time.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or participation in our offerings. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take as a result of participating in our work.
18. Governing law
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you under local law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or we agree otherwise with you.
