The Injustice Seed™
The Universal Principle
The same Origin Seed™ can express as repeatedly experiencing unfair treatment, allowing others to take advantage, or unconsciously becoming the person who treats others unfairly.
Injustice is present throughout human life.
People are excluded, overlooked, exploited, blamed, underpaid, treated unequally or denied what they believe they deserve. Decisions are made without fairness. Power is misused. Contributions go unrecognised. Rules are applied differently depending on who is involved.
Yet the Injustice Seed™ is not simply about whether something unfair has happened. It reveals the internal structure organised around fairness, power and deservingness, and the way that structure continues to shape how a person experiences relationships, opportunities and life.
Two people may carry the same Injustice Seed™ and express it in completely different, even opposite, ways. One may repeatedly experience unfairness and feel powerless to change it. Another may become highly vigilant, controlling or determined to ensure that nobody can treat them unfairly. A third may unconsciously misuse power or create unfairness for others while remaining unable to recognise their own behaviour.
The Seed is universal. Its expression is personal.
Person A: Repeatedly Experiencing Unfair Treatment
For one person, the Injustice Seed™ may create an internal expectation that life is unfair, that other people hold the power, or that they will ultimately receive less than they deserve.
They may work hard, contribute generously and genuinely care about others, yet repeatedly find themselves in situations where they feel overlooked, undervalued or treated unfairly.
They may:
- feel that others receive opportunities more easily than they do
- give far more than they receive in relationships
- struggle to ask for what they deserve
- remain silent when treated unfairly
- tolerate disrespect for longer than they should
- accept unequal relationships because they believe they have little choice
- attract controlling, manipulative or demanding people
- feel guilty when setting boundaries
- repeatedly feel blamed for things that were not their responsibility
- watch others receive recognition for work they also contributed to
- accept unfair financial arrangements
- minimise their own needs to keep the peace
- believe life is simply harder for them than it is for others
- feel resentment while convincing themselves they should simply accept the situation
- quietly carry the feeling that life has never quite been fair
For this person, the distortion does not necessarily create dramatic injustice. It creates a life organised around expecting unequal treatment.
They may unconsciously adapt to unfairness instead of questioning it. Over time, they stop expecting fairness altogether and begin to experience unequal relationships, opportunities and circumstances as normal.
Returning to Truth™
This person discovers that fairness does not come from fighting for worthiness or waiting for others to recognise their value.
They begin to:
- recognise their own value without needing external validation
- express their needs clearly and respectfully
- establish healthy boundaries without guilt
- expect relationships built on mutual respect
- allow themselves to receive as naturally as they give
- stop normalising unequal treatment
- trust themselves to address unfairness calmly and directly
- make decisions that honour both themselves and others
- recognise when a relationship, environment or opportunity no longer reflects mutual respect
- walk away from situations that consistently violate their integrity
Ultimately, they realise that fairness is not something they must earn. It becomes the standard from which they naturally live.
They treat others fairly, expect and receive fairness in return, and naturally attract relationships built on mutual respect and integrity.
Person B: Fighting to Prevent Injustice
For another person, the same Injustice Seed™ may produce the opposite expression. Instead of accepting unfairness, they organise their life around preventing it.
They become highly alert to anything that feels unequal, dishonest or unjust, often long before anyone else notices it.
They may:
- challenge unfair decisions immediately
- become intensely protective of people they believe are being treated unfairly
- struggle to let perceived injustice go
- become frustrated when others remain silent
- feel responsible for correcting unfair situations
- argue strongly when principles are violated
- become emotionally exhausted from constantly fighting battles
- find it difficult to trust people in positions of authority
- question people's motives even when no harm is intended
- become highly controlling to ensure fairness
- hold others to extremely high standards of integrity
- become intolerant of dishonesty or inconsistency
- replay situations repeatedly, trying to understand why something unfair happened
- struggle to forgive when they believe justice has not been served
- sacrifice their own peace in pursuit of what they believe is right
For this person, the distortion does not necessarily create more fairness. It creates a life organised around protecting themselves and others from unfairness.
Even when situations are balanced and respectful, part of them remains alert, expecting injustice to appear.
Returning to Truth™
This person discovers that fairness does not require constant vigilance or continual battle.
They begin to:
- trust themselves to respond wisely rather than react immediately
- recognise the difference between genuine injustice and everyday human imperfection
- protect their values without becoming consumed by them
- allow others to learn from their own choices
- remain calm in situations that once triggered outrage
- speak with clarity instead of emotional intensity
- create healthy boundaries without needing to control others
- choose where their energy is truly needed
- value peace as much as justice
- recognise that integrity is expressed through how they live, not only through what they oppose
Ultimately, they realise that true strength is not found in fighting every injustice. It is found in living from integrity regardless of what others choose.
They treat others fairly, expect and receive fairness in return, and naturally attract relationships built on mutual respect and integrity.
Person C: Creating Unfairness Without Realising It
The Injustice Seed™ does not always express itself through experiencing unfair treatment. Sometimes it expresses itself through unconsciously creating it.
A person may genuinely see themselves as fair, generous and reasonable, yet repeatedly create situations where others feel overlooked, controlled or treated unequally.
They may:
- apply different standards to themselves than to others
- expect loyalty without offering the same in return
- take more than they contribute without recognising it
- make decisions that consistently favour themselves
- struggle to acknowledge the impact of their behaviour
- believe they are simply "doing what is necessary"
- dismiss other people's experiences of unfairness
- justify unequal treatment because they believe they deserve more
- use their position, knowledge or authority to influence outcomes in their favour
- become defensive when questioned about fairness
- expect exceptions for themselves while insisting others follow the rules
- fail to recognise when power has become control
- unintentionally create environments where others feel unheard or undervalued
- believe they are being objective while unconsciously acting from self-interest
For this person, the distortion does not feel like injustice. It feels justified.
Because they experience life through their own Reality Lens™, they often struggle to recognise that the imbalance others experience is being created through their own behaviour.
Returning to Truth™
This person discovers that true fairness begins with the willingness to see themselves as clearly as they see others.
They begin to:
- recognise the impact of their actions without becoming defensive
- listen with genuine openness to different perspectives
- use power responsibly rather than protectively
- create environments where everyone is treated with equal respect
- make decisions that consider the wellbeing of everyone involved
- acknowledge mistakes without feeling diminished
- value transparency over control
- become curious rather than defensive when challenged
- lead through integrity rather than authority
- create relationships built on mutual respect instead of imbalance
Ultimately, they realise that fairness is not about being right or maintaining control. It is about creating relationships where everyone can stand with equal dignity.
They treat others fairly, expect and receive fairness in return, and naturally attract relationships built on mutual respect and integrity.
Beyond Categories
No two people express an Origin Seed™ in exactly the same way. Some people may recognise themselves immediately in one of these examples. Others may see elements of themselves in more than one.
These examples illustrate principles, not categories.
The Origin Seeds Matrix™ does not classify people according to behaviours. It reveals the universal organising structures beneath human experience and the unique way each person's internal architecture expresses them.
Precision Identity ReCode™ identifies that unique architecture, making the pathway back to Truth™ precise rather than generic.
The Injustice Seed™ in Humanity
The Injustice Seed™ does not only shape individual lives. It is also expressed throughout humanity, influencing the way many of our systems, institutions and societies are organised.
We can recognise it wherever power becomes unbalanced, fairness is compromised, or people no longer receive opportunities, recognition or treatment that reflects their true contribution.
Examples include:
Government & Politics
- Corruption
- Abuse of power
- Unequal application of laws
- Discrimination
- Decisions that benefit a few while disadvantaging many
- Public resources distributed unfairly
- Political systems that privilege some voices while silencing others
Business & Work
- Unequal pay for equal contribution
- People promoted because of politics rather than merit
- Credit taken for another person's work
- Employees consistently undervalued
- Exploitation of workers
- Unethical business practices
- Leaders using authority for personal benefit rather than collective success
Education
- Children treated differently according to background or ability
- Talent overlooked because it does not fit existing systems
- Unequal access to education
- Students believing they are less capable because they were never given equal opportunity
Healthcare
- Unequal access to medical care
- Differences in treatment based on income or geography
- People waiting unnecessarily while resources remain unevenly distributed
- Preventable suffering created through inequality rather than lack of knowledge
Justice Systems
- Innocent people wrongly convicted
- Victims left without protection
- Laws applied inconsistently
- Different outcomes for similar actions depending on wealth, influence or status
Relationships
- One person consistently giving while the other only receives
- Emotional manipulation
- Control disguised as love
- Boundaries ignored
- Responsibility placed on one person while another avoids accountability
- Trust broken through repeated imbalance
Human Potential
Perhaps the greatest collective expression of the Injustice Seed™ is the unequal distribution of human opportunity.
- Gifts never recognised
- Capable people believing they are not enough
- Voices remaining unheard
- Extraordinary potential overlooked
- People excluded because they look, think or live differently
- Entire communities prevented from contributing what they are capable of bringing to humanity
When viewed through the Origin Seeds Matrix™, injustice is not limited to dramatic events. It appears wherever relationships become organised around imbalance instead of mutual respect, wherever power serves itself instead of life, and wherever human dignity is compromised.
Individual Transformation. Collective Evolution.
Every Origin Seed™ returned to Truth changes more than one person's experience of life.
Each time an individual no longer lives through distortion, one less expression of that distortion exists in the world. The fear, conflict, injustice, loss or separation that once shaped their reality no longer continues through their choices, relationships, work and contribution.
This is why no transformation is ever only personal. It becomes part of humanity's collective transformation.
The future of humanity will not be created only by new technologies, better policies or different economic systems. Those matter. But every collective system is ultimately created, sustained and changed by human beings.
As more people return their Origin Seeds™ to Truth, the collective architecture begins to change. Families change. Businesses change. Communities change. Institutions change. The world gradually begins to reflect the consciousness of the people creating it.
Every person who returns an Origin Seed™ to Truth contributes not only to their own freedom, but also to the future humanity is capable of creating.
Collective transformation happens one Origin Seed™ at a time, in one person.
The Injustice Seed™ In Truth™
What changes is the Reality Lens™ through which it is experienced.
Transforming the Injustice Seed™ does not mean pretending that injustice no longer exists. It does not mean becoming passive or indifferent when people are treated unfairly. Nor does it mean believing that every situation is perfectly balanced.
In Truth™, we no longer organise our lives around expecting unfairness, fighting unfairness or unconsciously creating it.
Instead, we become people who naturally embody fairness. We treat others with respect because it reflects who we are, not because we are trying to prove a point or prevent ourselves from being hurt.
The gifts of the Injustice Seed™ may include:
- integrity
- fairness
- discernment
- responsibility
- wise use of power
- mutual respect
- healthy boundaries
- objective decision-making
- honesty
- equality
- trustworthiness
- the ability to lead without domination
- the ability to receive and give fairly
- the courage to address unfairness without becoming consumed by it
The person who once expected unfair treatment discovers that respect becomes a natural part of their relationships. The person who once fought every injustice discovers the peace of living from integrity instead of constant vigilance. The person who once unconsciously created imbalance discovers the wisdom of using power in service of life rather than themselves.
The external event may still exist. The experience generated by that Seed no longer does.
People may still behave unfairly. Systems may still be imperfect. You may still witness injustice in the world.
But once the Injustice Seed™ has been fully recoded, injustice no longer becomes part of your lived reality.
You no longer attract relationships organised around unequal treatment. You no longer remain in environments that violate your dignity. You no longer create unfairness for yourself or for others. Instead, your life naturally becomes organised around mutual respect, integrity and fairness.
You may still recognise injustice when it exists, but you no longer experience it as something happening to you. Just as someone who has returned the Loss Seed™ to Truth no longer experiences life through loss, someone who has returned the Injustice Seed™ to Truth no longer experiences life through injustice.
You simply live In Truth™ regarding the Injustice Seed™.
The Seed has not changed. The Reality Lens™ through which it is experienced has changed.
You may still recognise injustice in the world, but you no longer experience it as your reality.
The Experience of Truth™
My entire life, I had experienced situations that felt unfair... until the Reality Lens™ through which I experienced the Injustice Seed™ changed.
One example was my Airbnb property. Guests occasionally left reviews that contained information which simply wasn't true. I contacted Airbnb and asked for them to be removed, but they always remained. I felt powerless because I knew the situation was unjust, yet nothing changed.
More recently, another guest left an Airbnb review that was also inaccurate. Once again, I contacted Airbnb.
This time, the review was removed.
The situation was almost identical. The outcome was completely different.
Back in 2023, after much of the distortion around the Injustice Seed™ had already dissolved, I found myself in another situation.
An event I had partnered on was cancelled during the pandemic. People who had bought tickets through me wanted their money back, yet the organiser refused to refund me. I took legal action—not out of anger or revenge, but because I genuinely believed justice should prevail.
I felt completely calm throughout the process. There was no emotional charge. No fear. No need to fight.
I simply trusted that the outcome would reflect what was fair.
Instead, I lost the case on a procedural technicality and was ordered to pay more than £11,000 in legal fees.
Looking back, I realised I had actually won something far greater than the case itself: That experience completely transformed my relationship with justice.
I understood that I never again needed to fight to make justice happen. Not because justice doesn't matter. But because I had discovered something much deeper: I live in justice.
If someone owes me something, I no longer believe it has to come back through that particular person or situation. I trust that life is constantly reorganising itself.
If something that belongs to me does not arrive through one channel, it will arrive through another.
Life is constantly restoring balance, whether we witness the process or not.
Why the Injustice Seed™ Matters
The Injustice Seed™ illustrates that the same universal Origin Seed™ can create completely different relationships with fairness, power and equality.
One person repeatedly experiences unfair treatment. Another organises their life around preventing injustice. Another unconsciously creates imbalance while believing they are acting fairly.
One accepts unequal treatment. Another fights it. Another creates it.
The behaviours are different. The organising Seed is the same. The Injustice Seed™ reminds us that behaviour alone can never reveal the underlying architecture.
Only by understanding the Origin Seed™, the Reality Lens™ through which it is experienced, and the unique way it has organised a person's internal architecture can we understand why two people live such different experiences of fairness, power and respect.
Returning to Truth™
Awareness allows us to recognise how an Origin Seed™ is currently expressed through our internal architecture.
The Identity Map™ workshop is where most people first gain that awareness, learning to recognise the invisible structures that have been generating their experience.
Awareness is the beginning. By itself, however, it cannot transform the architecture.
Transformation begins when those structures are systematically recoded through Precision Identity ReCode™, allowing each Origin Seed™ to be lived through Truth rather than distortion.
Once a Seed has been fully recoded, you do not simply manage its old patterns more effectively. You live In Truth™ regarding that Seed. The external world may still contain events, behaviours or circumstances associated with that Seed. They no longer become part of your lived experience.
The Seed remains. Its distortion no longer generates your reality. Its gift becomes the natural way through which you experience life.
This is the purpose of From Seeds to Gifts™: to systematically recode the Origin Seeds™, one by one, until each Seed is lived through Truth rather than distortion.
Recoding one Origin Seed™ transforms one fundamental dimension of human experience. Each Origin Seed™ returned to Truth changes one part of your reality. Completing the journey through all 23 Origin Seeds™ systematically transforms the architecture through which you experience life itself.
From my experience, and from working with clients over many years, once an Origin Seed™ has been fully recoded, it does not return to distortion.
That is why every Origin Seed™ matters.
Why the Origin Seeds Matrix™ Is Unique
The Injustice Seed™ demonstrates one of the fundamental principles of the Origin Seeds Matrix™.
The Seed itself is never the problem. It simply reveals where the Distorted Reality Lens™ is still organising a person's experience of life.
Once distortion becomes visible, it can be transformed. The Seed remains. The Reality Lens™ changes.
This is why the Origin Seeds Matrix™ is unlike any other framework. It does not categorise people into personality types or behaviours. It reveals the universal organising structures beneath human experience and the unique way each person's internal architecture expresses them.
The Gift of Truth™
Imagine living without feeling that life is unfair. Imagine no longer carrying resentment towards people who wronged you. Imagine no longer needing to prove that someone else was wrong before you could move forward. Imagine trusting that life is always restoring balance, even when you cannot yet see it.
How much peace would become available? How much energy would be released? How much of your life could finally be devoted to creating instead of fighting?
When injustice no longer organises your reality, your attention is no longer consumed by what others have done. It becomes available for creating what you are here to create.
You stop living as someone waiting for fairness. You begin living from it.
Justice is no longer something you seek. It becomes the reality you embody.
Collective Possibility
The energy we no longer spend fighting becomes the energy we have available for creating.
Picture a humanity no longer organised around injustice. People would no longer seek revenge because they would trust that balance always restores balance. Businesses would be built on integrity rather than exploitation. Leaders would serve rather than dominate. Relationships would be based on mutual respect instead of power. Communities would collaborate rather than divide over perceived unfairness.
How much conflict would disappear if people no longer felt the need to constantly defend what is theirs?
How much human potential is currently consumed by fighting for justice instead of creating a world that naturally reflects it?
When injustice no longer organises humanity, fairness is no longer something that must be enforced. It becomes a natural expression of how people choose to live.
If all of that energy became available for creation instead of fighting, what would become possible for humanity and for you?
